| Karl Ryan -- Owner/Operator
Karl joined Professional Touch in January 2004. Karl has
a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UC Davis. He designed automotive air bag sensors
and manifold pressure sensors (MAP) for TRW (formerly Lucas Novasensor).
He also has a Masters' Degree in Computer
Science from Santa Clara University. Karl worked for Apple Computer and
Check Point Software Technologies. He helped to expand the
businesses through development of eCommerce and automation of business processes.
Karl brings his talents in Automotive, Manufacturing,
and Computer Science to effectively run a customer-oriented business. "I enjoy making
customers happy and getting them back on the road. Many people ask why this business?
My answer is always...why not? I am up to the challenge and well prepared for it."
